First ever Rickman Day set for Sammy Miller Museum

by

The first ever Rickman Enthusiasts’ Day will be held in 2019 at the Sammy Miller Museum in Hampshire.

The event has gathered interest from around the world, and the Rickman Brothers, Don and Derek will be attending.

The idea is to gather as many Rickman motorcycles in one place as possible and to invite the family and local ex-factory workforce. Rickman owners are welcome to bring their machines to display on the forecourt of the museum and to be eligible for judging.

There will be a registration fee of £6 (proceeds to charities). Trophies will be awarded by the brothers for various classes on the day and the event will be raising funds for two charities nominated by Don and Derek, The Hampshire Air Ambulance and the local Oakhaven Hospice.

The event will be held at The Sammy Miller Museum on June 23 from 10am-4pm. For further information visit the Facebook page ‘Rickman Enthusiast’s Day 2019’. To register your Rickman, please contact Russ Gannicott at [email protected]
