Anything with a Metisse frame is pretty much guaranteed to stop any classic enthusiast at least for a few moments inspection but when, or perhaps that should be if, you come across a Velocette-engined Metisse, then take time out to have an even closer look than usual because it will be one of just six such genuine roadsters ever built.
